MWEB bad LTE service!!!

I have a LTE package with MWEB the speed is suppose to be 10mb -25mb , i am getting 2mb , its been 3 months since my claim is open with them , and they keep saying its being investigated with Cell-C , be careful with MWEB and they LTE package
