Mweb bad LTE

Problems with LTE since 2018. Slow speeds of +-1mb./s if your lucky.

First on Cell C via Mweb. After 2 months of fighting, was able to prove that the problem was not on my side. Tower was overloaded Mweb discounted my account for this reason.

Switched to Telkom via Mweb after that. On Mweb's suggestion.

Now in a new area (all location test show very good signal strength). Technicians have confirmed 4 towers around my house, only one reaches my router. Telkom problem will take 6-12months to fix... Also it took a month to get the technicians out.

Mweb's solution go to MTN or install fiber (+ R2000 installation fee). Will be moving end of the year again how is this a viable solution?

So yes, problems are on the other networks. But at the end of the day I am a Mweb customer and they take my money (gladly) every month.

So will be closing my Mweb account. (even that has taken all day).

Shocking service. No excuses.
