MWEB bad ISP Service delivery - Watch out guys!!

My Fiber product is now taking way too long. First they say they are waiting for the fiber installation. That is now completed more than a week. Then we await the router delivery, which was also delivered four days ago. My fiber is in, the router is connected and we wait for setup from MWEB - and that is where it starts. You wait. No call, SMS, e-mail from MWEB. Nothing. You just wait. Seems like I made a wrong choice here regarding ISP.
