Mweb bad customer service

Their call center service are very bad, even chatting to an agent. I waited 1 hour to get assistance and I was third in line. I also waited 30 minutes to get assistance and I was first in line. The chat agents don’t work at all cause I have never gotten an agent answer me back ever. Yoh they are bad! Imagine the amount we waste on airtime just to get assistance with a product we pay for!
