Mweb Bad customer service and its being consistent

So Please if you can help it DO NOT USE MWEB , i received my MTN LTE sim card which took them 5 days to activate as they kept telling it was only to find out it wasn't. i got billed from June to July for a mweb contract i couldnt use due to the TOWER which was vandalized , Please people if you still read this MWEB has dropped the Ball try other service centres
