MWEB BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

I'm extremely disappointed with MWEB services. I had a WiFi router with them, which I cancelled and returned as instructed. When I asked about cancellation fees, I was told there wouldn't be any. However, they continued to debit my account without notice. Despite numerous calls and emails, I received no response. Four months later, I'm shocked to see I owe them R3000 for services I didn't use. I strongly advise against using MWEB services due to their poor customer support and billing practices.
