Mweb Bad Customer Service

The contact system for this company is very bad. If you call they place you onhold forever. I switched and decided to use their chat platform which is even a mess as I was kept on queue the whole day without any assistance. I had wanted to query their billing as my subscription has been increased without communication, It looks like they avoid taking customers queries deliberately, VERY BAD AND INCONSIDERATE SERVICE
