Mweb bad customer service.

Mweb has been messing me around to activate my fibre account ever since last week wednesday. I have called in numerous times and get the same story every single time. Its been escalated and thats all they can tell me. The service is bad. Turn around times are ****. Makes me wonder why did i chose to go with them as an isp if this is the kind of service we get. They keep saying its a system issue yet no one can seem to resolve it.
