Mweb - Awful Service With No Line Of Communication

I have been trying for the better part of two weeks to just move my current Mweb product to a new address, as we are relocating. It has been an impossible task. It is impossible to get hold of anyone (via their call centre or via the live chat). I have to say that this is the worst company that I have ever had to deal with, and I would recommend everyone to steer clear of Mweb. I don't know what to do anymore!
