MWeb is the new Telkom, they utterly useless. You hold for 45mins and then they cut you off. Fibre runs at 2% of what you pay for. They cut your VOIP number without communication and you lose a telephone number you have had for 19 years and they cannot restore it!. AVOID this entity people.
