Mweb as an ISP is robbing people

I did not pay my Mweb Vuma account Dec 2023 due to unforseen circumstances and my fiber line was suspended and then on Friday 29th Dec 2023 i paid my monthly subscribtion which is supposed to be for the month of January 2024. This morning i received an SMS that my Fiber product needs payment and then my line is disconnected. Please can my line be sorted out as a matter of urgency as i pay at the beginning of every month for the month ahead and now because i paid early and the debit order did not go off my account is suspended. My account number is ***6. I am currently on the line holding to get hold of Mweb to ask WTH.
