Mweb as a Fibre ISP = terrible

Mweb Fibre is terrible. Their customer care is terrible. The technical support is worse. I pay R899 per month for a 120/120 line, i dont even get 20mb up and down when speedtesting. My internet loses connection every 10 minutes. I had the internet installed end of May 2024, i have reported a fault 8 times in the last 2 months. Everytime a technical agent changes settings on the router, the connection is even worse than before. Over IT
