MWEB: arrogant incompetence

After nearly 2 months of trying to get Fibre through this provider, bouncing between *********** staff that have no clue what they are doing and how to actually provide a service. The complaints division was contacted. The response was to send a mail to a different email address that happens to be an unmonitored mailbox. MWEB will never get my business, but before I go, I'll make things as difficult for them as they did for me.
