MWeb are Useless, Unreliable & just simple *******

Around 9 months ago my husband made changes to our contract with MWeb. I don't know how many follow up requests it took to get it actually implemented. This resulted in a refund. We had to do the recon in June for them, because they seriously just couldn't do the math (yes I am serious). After that I don't know how many e-mails were sent asking for the payment to be made, but nothing ever came of it. 2.5 weeks ago I was finally promised that we would be paid on the Thursday by Rentia van der Merwe, who was liaising with customer care to do the processing. Guess what, WE NEVER GOT PAID. I had to follow, only to be told I would get it this last Thursday. Guess what, WE STILL HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED, and now Rentia does not answer any of my calls or smses. What will it take to get our money back, a charge of theft against your CEO at the police station maybe?
