MWeb are useless *******

You should be able to put a zero star review for a service so pathetic it's actually non existent. After just straight up failing to complete the installation of my fibre order, they proceeded to activate the account and started *****ing my money. The amount of hours on the phone to their useless call center is time and airtime I will never get back. Going into my 3rd month now of daily phone calls trying to get refunded and the account cancelled. So far beyond pathetic I am actually horrified they still in business.
