Mweb are useless!!!
I had a bad experience with CellC on Vumatel and decided to move ISPs. My wife has used Mweb before and recommended them. My contract with CellC expired on 31 Jan 2021. Already in January I requested Mweb to arrange the line to switched to them. To this day I am still waiting. Mweb are the most useless bunch of individuals on the planet. I would rather have remained with the misery of CellC, at least I had Internet now and again. I would truly like to cancel this contract since it has taken them more than 5 months to switch. I would rather be with an ISP who appreciates me as a customer. Mweb, you SUCK BIG TIME!!!

06 Aug 2021, 11:28This ISP is as bad the the previous one. Now that my line has been released, Mweb are messing me around. This is a VERY BAD start and in my previous experience, this is a bad omen. You have 5 working days (12 August 2021) to get this line activated otherwise you can come and collect your wifi route off of the pavement and I'll find a ISP that wants to connect me up.

This ISP is as bad the the previous one. Now that my line has been released, Mweb are messing me around. This is a VERY BAD start and in my previous experience, this is a bad omen. You have 5 working days (12 August 2021) to get this line activated otherwise you can come and collect your wifi route off of the pavement and I'll find a ISP that wants to connect me up.

13 Aug 2021, 16:41Looks like Mweb do not subscribe to HelloPeter. Having read some of the complaints I can see why. Mweb just keep blaming Vumatel. Personally anyone who uses Mweb and Vumatel knowing all the hardship they WILL face, must have rocks in their head. This is without the biggest bunch of palookas I have every had the displeasure of dealing with. They blatantly lie that there is no manager or supervisor on duty. I would love to talk to their CEO for 5 minutes and suggest that he attempt to anonymously try to install fibre to his home through Mweb and see how **** the service is. Perhaps heads will roll, of course that's unless of course the rot starts with him?
