I moved house into an area that had Fibre. So I got them to change me from LTE to Fibre. Instead I ended up paying for an LTE and Fibre line. They say the LTE hasn't been used in 20 months but refuse to reimburse me. I wish I'd checked this site first. AVOID MWEB AT ALL COSTS! THERE ARE OTHER OPTIONS! THEY STOLE FROM ME FOR ALMOST 2 YEARS!
