MWEB are ******* and robbing to law abiding citizens

Pathetic service!!! When you cancel your service with them the true devil comes out. Your t's and c's state 30 days notice and when you give the 30 days they say a calendar month. That is utter *******! I cancelled on the 5th and don't mind paying pro-rata but why pay for a service I WILL NOT BE USING!!!! Instead I am now being threatened with Credit Bureau and having to pay for the entire month. But that's how it goes .... big companies can do what they want!

No one bothers to call me back when I requested my case to be escalated.
