MWeb are *******!

After seeing page upon page of one star reviews for MWeb, to which they don't respond, I honestly wonder if there is any point in putting out a bad review. They don't deserve one star. They are a zero star company. I ported my Telkom number to MWeb thinking I would keep the old number and MWeb would handle the transition. MISTAKE! They did nothing of the sort. Charged me for it. And charged me for a phone I never received. It's impossible to get through to anyone. They ask you to type in your ID. No matter how carefully or how many times I do that, it doesn't accept my details. And I cannot actually speak to anyone who will help me. MWeb are *******.
