It is impossible ro terminate your account with this company.For two months I have tried and failed Online will not allow me to cancel and the call center has consistently told my via a computer, that call volume is too high and i should please call back. I have now been charged R699 for two months fir services I am not using. This company has zero integrity and emails are not rep**** to. I am now considering legal action, as there is no way way of cancelling.
