MWEB are not contactable!

I have spent the last hour trying to speak to anyone at this very useless place. I am leaving country in three weeks and wish to formally close my account. Fact is despite wanting to do the right thing, I will leave without closing the account and they can go and suck eggs. A very useless system of contact.
