Mweb are ******

Three or four weeks ago my wife app**** for internet reactivation at our house and she was asked to pay R249 upfront of which she did pay then the following week we received a router from Mweb but there was something missing the ONT box that we used before was not compatible to their router and we made them aware of that and they promised to send us the ONT box and the cable that will fit onto their router and all of a sudden we received a notification that we owe them R1700 when asked what is the money for they said the line is active but we still don't have internet and we had to resort to rain for internet and what we don't like about Mweb is that we struggle to get hold of the so now the only thing that they can do for us is to send us the ONT box or they release the circuit so that another service provider help us (Please help us sort out these ******).Ref ***
