MWEB ARE A BUNCH OF LYING *******

MWEB is absolute trash! I've been trying to either:

1. Get the internet speed I am paying for Or 2. cancel my internet with them, yet nobody answers or gets back to you.

I pay for 100mbs upload abs download and haven't seen a speed faster than 20mbs. FOR YEARS! The service is shocking, I have to deal with call centre agents who actually care. Last response I got and I quote "Bra, I don't know what to tell you!!!" Is this a joke? Is this how you speak to clients?

And then they wonder why everywhere is full or reviews stating just how ******* they truly are.
