Mweb appauling service

Today is the 13th day without my WIFI connection my the lady l spoke to even mentioned it that ' yes maam you ve been calling since the 9th of October and lmmsorry but we have escalated your complaint she was the 20th person saying the same thing to me

So the interesting thing is they debit my account without fail and fail to respond to a technical fault for 13 days

I am.working from home and having no wifi is disabling

Mweb's service is appalling and unfair ...l demand the service you promised ..what kind of a company lies that for 2weeks telling me the same lies ...no maam we have escalated your issue lm sorry we cant do anything else Seriously.... what kind of values do you work by...l want my debit money back for October *****
