MWEB appalling service levels...............................

Shout out to Mr Sean Nourse- Do you know what is going on in the company that you are the CEO of, or is there nothing going on that requires your attention.............

Contacted MWeb by phone this morning. Got through to a person in accounts who subsequently transferred me to a person in the technical department, who told me the line has been active since the 31st of March. The line is NOT active as we speak. I am now getting desperate with MWeb's abominable level of service. MWeb is having a major negative affect on my business which is already struggling in these trying times. You have the ability to generate a invoice, raise a debit order, but yet the service is not up and running- shame on you MWeb. A real pity to have to put this on your Facebook timeline, but you no longer react to private messages either.
