MWeb Appalling Service

Can you add a zero or negative star rating for us to correctly review these companies. Mweb is a nightmare, dont waste your time and sign up with them. Sales service is very efficient, you get through to sales agents in no time as they want to sign you up quickly. They're very professional and you will be up and running in no time.

The sh*t starts when you have a technical problem. The technical dept is the most useless ever, they make dealing with municipality seem like a breeze. that's how appalling and disgusting their service is. For a private company, I had never waited for less than an hour just to report an issue with their technical dept. The possible have 2/3 people that work in that dept, and you wait and wait. Don't ever think about signing up with them if you don't have unlimited minutes with your mobile service provider as you would always run out of minutes.

I decided to finally call it a day with them, cancelled my fibre contract and moved to another ISP. I gave them 30 days' notice, they called on the last day to confirm cancellation, and I thought this is great. It took them 6 days to release my fibre line to enable me sign up with another ISP. I kept calling them daily and had to endure the final abuse of waiting for more than an hour daily. I am so glad that the abuse is finally over and I will never ever deal with them again. SO BEWARE, DONT BE TEMPTED BY THEIR EFFICIENT SALES SERVICE, THEIR AFTER SALES SERVICE IS THE WORST OF THE WORST. THEY'RE RIGHT AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PILE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, DONT FALL INTO THE SAME TRAP LIKE I DID.
