Mweb app not working and support line not answered for 6 WEEKS!

Guys, I can't be working so hard to get ahold of your support line. When I call I wait for 20-30mim then thr number gets called.

The mweb app is no longer working on my phone and I need urgent assistance. It's been over 6 weeks trying to get ahold of MWEB.

Everytime I try to use the app it says "request for full access" but it was working fine 6 weeks ago.
