Mweb app a joke

My wifi does not work for a solid 14 hours now from 5 June 2023 and I have an account but I cannot log a complaint because no matter how many times I try to log into my account I can’t. Keeping in mind they sending me the necessary details to log in. Really pathetic. I must wait for 8 to phone to find out why I have no wifi and my router and the mweb modem is working just fine. My account is on debit order so it can’t be non payment. The rest of the area is working just fine cos I asked on the groups so why just my mweb wifi!!! Really really pathetic that I can’t log a complaint and on their website they say very easy and simple to do. What a joke. LOL!!!!
