Mweb answer your phone

Mweb has the worst customer care service in the South Africa after numerous calls and no answer, I emailed my query as my package was not lowered as requested. I spent 20 minutes on a call yesterday and today my services is disconnected after chatting to a consultant from billing yesterday. Im totally disappointed with Mweb and you have just lost another client.
