Mweb and Vumatel what a joke!

Between MWEB and VUMATEL the mere idea of CUSTOMER service is a complete joke. I have been a loyal ADSL and then fibre customer for over 2 years. once in a while I need to remind you that I am not receiving the speeds for which I pay and they sort it out. BUT since a week ago I have had NO WIFI!! I call Mweb who refers me to Vumatel. Technicians arrive and replace black boxe and I am told to wait a minimum of 30-60min for the activation....it is FOUR days and more call queues at Mweb, more empty promises of escalating tickets and NO FIBRE. I have had to rent office space to continue my work as I work from home and require Zoom to work. A complete Sh*t show!!
