Mweb and Vumatel Pathetic Services

I am utterly disappointed with the services received from mweb. 2 months ago I had canceled my internet supplier and opted to go with mweb for their fibre package. The package was taken on my husbands name. He was requested to make payment which he has done. They had sent technicians from both mweb and vumatel on about 4 occasions however they were unable to complete the job because of some cord that can not be found outside my yard. Mind you most of my neigbours have fibre, one which was installed last week by mweb/vumatel. Everytime a tech comes and says the civil team needs to come. Each one keeps on pushing the buck on to another. I am really tired and fraustrated. My husband who needed to work from home was unable to due to not having internet. This is now causing a treat to his work as a breadwinner in my home. I am really unpleased with their services.
