Mweb and Vumatel pathetic service

These companies, Vumatel and Mweb are pathetic. I made the payment, ordering fibre on the 24th of December 2024 but until today I have not received any feedback back from them. I still have no internet to date and no updates. The only time they talk to me is when I ask them what's going on and their response is like pre recorded because they say the same thing every day.

At first, my line was cancelled because Mweb, the service provider I use, decided not to give me a payment link. I requested for this until I gave up after 2 weeks of no feedback and that was in November 2024. I really wish we had other options rather than Vumatel in my area. I know I can always change Mweb but there's no way I can change Vumatel because they are the only one in my area hence their behavior.
