Mweb and vumatel internet instalation.

We apply for vumetal fiber throw mweb on 1 July 2021. 1mth 10 days after that date i still dont have internet. We phone them this morning after many call. With a promis from mweb that it will be uo en running with in 1 hour. I also try to phone vumatel after 10 call it go to voice that say there isno one to answer at that extention. The courier advice me my roeter will be deliverd tomorrow. After it was sent to the wrong town. But do not know if the bad service is with vumatel or mweb but this is unaceptable to wait that long for a internet service
