MWEB AND VUMATEL

I have made several phone calls to explain that my Fibre arent working I can't set up the Router Mweb supp****, as the Vumatel line isn't connected I have to pay the account for using this service, my account ***1 When is Mweb and Vumatel attend to this problem, I get ignored I have called *** several times I am not connected and cant make use of the service
