MWEB and Vumatel disappointing in Brackendowns Alberton

am really disappointed on how we are taken for a ride as customers. We have not been online since the 8th Dec 2022, 5 days counting, however we are paying full amount for a lack of service from vumatel and MWEB. When u contact MWEB, they tell you vumatel is working on it. We call daily with nothing tangible relating to the progress and effort in resolving the issue, furthermore we spend over 2 hours holding for nothing. MWEB is really clueless with regards the progress to date since they only care about our money nothing else. Vumatel and MWEB are really taking us for a ride. Majority of customers in brackendowns relying on Vumatel to attend to this matter but nothing has materialized
