MWEB AND VUMATEL

Absolutely the worst customer experience I have ever had.

Very easy to apply for product.

However the process had been nothing short of chaos... I have spent over R500 airtime hanging on calls and being reffered from Mweb to Vumatel... Each blaming each other for the mess... Each giving their own turn around times for processes.. I was so desperate to have my internet running as I work from home hence calling and trying to sort it out.

Mweb says no their side is fine.. They have escalated query. Vumatel says call your Isp they done their part.

I fail to understand how these companies work together as it is like I had to relay messages between the two.

Pathetic does not explain this... I still do not have an active wife line since the 2 October 2023.

I still am being told it's not us. It's them.

I would highly highly not recommend this product or company.

It had been a nightmare. Mweb... Vumatel absolutely pathetic service.
