Mweb and VUMATEL Bad service

We have had our Fibre damaged and despite several phone calls to them, it has been over a week of NO FIBRE, and thousands of Rands in data purchases later, our fibre remains broken. Their Technical support and that of Vumatel fails every time and no feedback unless we phone! We were also phoned (once) and informed that or fibre should now be working, without anyone ever being on site...
