Mweb and Vuma Reach - Moving home Error with 5 order numbers so far.

I have 5 different order numbers that has been issued to me since I requested a moving home setup on the 3rd May 2024, each one fails or shows a error/delay on my tracker system. My frustration is that Mwebs consultants cannot explain to me why, what the issue is and why my order keeps being delayed. According to them Vuma Reach needs to give feedback. This has been mentally and physically exhausting and not to mention expensive with each call.. Please could someone at your offices just tell me what's going on.. Surely these reviews are monitored by someone from your company.
