Mweb and Vuma = Dissappointment and no internet

We have moved on 1 June, activation requested for 10 June, still no internet to date, Vuma took their time to install an outside box, we have been given incorrect ONT boxes, telephone calls everyday, transferred from one person to the next. Vuma has still not activated the Fibre and Mweb is supposed to communicate but we have to wait again. The phone has been dropped in my ear, so many calls to them, still having this problem znx no internet. Thinking of just canceling everything and getting Rain, very disappointed.
