MWEB AND THEIR PUTRID CUSTOMER SERVICE

Mweb and its unskilled consultants consultants!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am not sure who the one is providing training to this staff, but each consultant that I have been dealing with for this past three weeks has their own version of what the process is with this company!

For the past three weeks I have been trying to get a refund (due to a consultant providing me with the incorrect information) - It's three weeks later, a million follow up calls and emails, now I am told that my refund has been paid into an account that is no longer active which was communicated to them long ago!!! I am now told that there is nothing they can do that I've lost my money. I am beyond livid! for this whole month I was without internet due to these people and their poor services!!!! :e
