Mweb and their I don't care attitude

Mweb keeps on sending messages fo me to change packages. I then called to change the package. While on the line I was told this will take a while I will get an sms that's yesterday morning . I clearly asked is this gonna take hours and I was told no. I called again after 2 hours since no sms was received and was told it will take 30 min max. Waited another hour so after 3 hours I called again. The lady told me flat out there is nothing that she can do I should just wait it out . Like ***. It's been a full day without internet coverage and on my order it shows error occurred. Why isn't no one coming back to me. I'm current on the line been spending alot of money on airtime. An yet no one is answering their line . I'm holding for 45 min while typing this message. I can't work!!!!!!!!!!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
