Mweb and Telkom - bad business partners... to say the least

Up until now, I have been relatively happy with the service. However, getting billed for a booster received in April on June's invoice, is ridiculous. Also, decreasing my cap size, would now incur a "decrease fee" of R400. Everyone else noticing companies trying to make up for "lost revenue"?? Shame on you Mweb and Telkom.
