MWEB AND TELKOM ARE SHARKS!

How is it possible that MWEB , when asking today 11.02.2019 to terminate a contract, it will only be effective 1 April 2019!!! That's insane! Shocking service from MWEB and Telkom combined!!! Three weeks delay in trying to sort out a problem by each company pointing the finger at the other company. So tired of inefficiency in out beautiful country!
