MWEB and Service Delivery

Internet & Router ordered on 26 September 2024. Installation was done on 1 October 2024 with a promise to deliver the router by the next day. After several phone calls by myself and my whole family and the inability to get through the MWEB contact centre effeciently, I finally got through to somebody who said they'd call the delivery company as the router is out enroute for delivery. I was told I'd get a call from the delivery company within 30 minutes. Needless to say, after another 3 attempts to get hold of MWEB (waiting for 30 minutes at a time), I'm still waiting for the delivery of the router. This service is simply unacceptable and frustrating
