Mweb and Openserve useless and pathetic

I placed an order for fibre with Mweb on the 18th February 2020. On the 19th Feb i received a call from *** and a lady from openserve asked me if they could come do my installation on the 20th Feb. I informed her that I will only be at home on the 22nd Feb which was the Saturday. She said that is fine and we agreed on that date for installation between 08:30 and 12:00. On Friday, 21st February I received a call from Themba from openserve. He called to arrange a time for installation. We agreed on 09:30 for installation. Themba then sent me a message on the 22nd February to say that he was earlier than we agreed. I called him and he said that he will go do another installation and would come back to me. He arrived at my place after 13:00pm. He then started with the installation. He pulled a cable from a box on the pole through the roof and installed the Huawei box in the lounge. When he was done with that he said that he cannot connect me because someone else was connected to our slot. He said he needed the assistance of cable joiners and would come back to me. Since then he has been ignoring my calls and I have had no feedback regarding my fibre installation/connection. This is absolutely Bullsh#t service. Openserve and Mweb are fu#$ing useless id!@t$. When i get hold of mweb, i get told that they are escalating the matter...that has been since last week. For FU#% SAKES
