MWEB and OPENSERVE crouching tiger and hidden dragon

Mweb are charging me right now for a product promised to me (Internet at a special price offer) by yesterday 6 May after a 15 day wait. However I have not received a router or connection by OPENSERVE. Also received an invoice from Mweb with much higher amount than I signed for. LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY more of the same chaos. PLEASE MWEB SORT THIS OUT. MY BUSINESS NEEDS INTERNET WIFI
