MWeb and Open Serve - major bungle of fiber connection and internet connection!

We are 82 and 75 respectively. We recently moved to a retirement village in Lyttelton, Centurion. We have been customers of MWeb for between 30 and 40 years and still have an email account with them. We app**** to have our internet service disconnected with the intention of having it reconnected in our new retirement residence. There is evidence if fiber conduits and connection boxes all over this village. We app**** to MWeb and they tasked Open Serve with laying or connecting fiber. MWeb then cancelled our application, saying that Open Serve had said there was no fiber in our village. This happened twice and Des sent photos of the fiber conduits and connection boxes to both companies. Many residents in the village have fiber connections. SILENCE!! Ann then wrote letters to both companies on Facebook and Messenger. We received notifications last week. MWEB said they would send a consultant to see us. OpenServe said they would “escalate “ our application. We have heard nothing to date. What does one now do?
