MWEB AND OPEN SERVE DO NOT ASSIT THEIR CLIENTS

I've logged a call with Mweb on Monday 1 December about the Open serve fiber that is not working. On 3/4 &5 December I phoned again because I still have ont received feedback or the problem was still not addressed. For 5 days I've asked for help but it seems they are fast to take the money but do not assist when you have a problem
