MWEB and Metrofibre what a joke

I am on the point of posting all the correspondence between myself Mweb and Metrofibre on this wall. I have been battling to get an installed line in working order with Metrofibre activated after being sold a Metrifibre line by Mweb for more than a week now and my move from Cape Town to Pretoria is not completed after 10 weeks! If this is how Mweb treats customers that have been with them for over 20 years, I want to warn the public. Don't sell products which you can't activate. Pathetic service!!!!
