MWEB and Link Africa are NOT the ISP you want to be using!

Logged a request for fibre installation a month ago and still nothing but waiting without feedback. 3rd time sitting with the same problem with the same provider, CLEARLY any other ISP is the best option. Don't rely on MWEB or Link Africa, go another route!
